NWNEWS.INFO Russia Invades Our home

On February 24 We Woke Up In A Completely New World

On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine. Russia attacked our country, our home. We are sure that the whole world already knows that the world has changed since the night of the 24th February 2022.

We kindly ask you not to believe a single word voiced and disseminated by Russian authorities. Russian propaganda call it “saving Ukrainians from neo-Nazis from Kyiv.” But the Ukrainian nation, Ukrainian soldiers are saving Europe, the whole World from tanks, missiles, and Putin’s propaganda.

Yes, we need the support of the EU countries and other world partners. Their help to us is also security for these countries and their citizens. This is the safety of the whole world. Ukraine is the center of Europe, and whether the sky is clear over European countries depends on Ukraine’s independence and clear skies above it.

How Can The International Community Help?

Ukraine can be helped not only by world leaders but also by ordinary people:

  1. The National Bank of Ukraine opened a special account to help the Ukrainian army to stop Russian authorities’ madness against the peaceful West World once and for all. The account is multi-currency, it is open both for transfers in foreign currency and in Ukrainian currency;
  2. All the Patreon donations will be transferred to the needs of Ukrainian forces.

The Direct Speech Of The Blog Author, The Native Ukrainian

When someone asked me where I’m from, I introduced myself as Russian in MMORPG until 2014, because that was too long to explain (“Where are you from? – Ukraine. – Where is it? – Near Russia. – Oh, Russia, yeah”).

For my whole life I have never met language issues, our official language is Ukrainian, and all official documents are in Ukrainian, the government uses it for official messages. In everyday communication the population of some Ukrainian cities use the Russian language, and, truly said, nobody just cares about it in any city.

There are no “neo-nazists” in Ukraine. Or, at least, I’ve never met not even one or seen any signs of them except in Russian propaganda.

The only thing I know for sure is that there is no place for war in this world. Both seeing my compatriots dying from Russians, and seeing young Russians fooled by propaganda dying on my land — hurts me.

We still don’t know the true aims of this invasion, it doesn’t make any sense. Likely, crazy Russian leadership needs war to distract people from the problems in their own country. But the thing is Russian government made even more problems — for themselves, for their own citizens, for the whole world.
